The application opens for the 2026 LDC Class on August 22, 2025 with a deadline of 5pm CT on September 26, 2025. No late applications will be accepted for any reason. ​​

Step 3: Prepare to Apply - We recommend filling out this Fillable 2026 LDC Application before beginning the online LDC application. Once you begin the online application there is no way to save information as you go, so it must be completed at that time or you will have to start over. We recommend you work on your application in the fillable LDC Application Word document, and then paste your completed answers into the online application form when you are ready to submit.

Step 4: Complete the 2026 Leadership Development Council (LDC) Application and email your headshot and resume to [email protected].

• 14-18 applicants will be accepted.
• All applicants will hear about results by mid November.
• This is a competitive program; most applicants apply multiple times before being accepted.
