As KnockOut Night rapidly approaches on October 7, we want to update everyone on our COVID protocols and safety measures for this event.
RECA is requiring all persons attending KnockOut Night 2021 to provide a copy of any one of the following for entry to the KnockOut Night event:
Every sponsor and table buyer is required to sign the attached Risk Acknowledgement Form prior to picking up their wristbands to the event. Please forward the FAQ for Table Guests to every person that you have invited to attend.
Once you return the signed Risk and Acknowledgement Form to RECA, you can pick up your wristbands. Wristbands will be available for pick-up from the RECA office beginning on Wednesday, September 22 until Friday, October 1st. The RECA office is open from 9 am - 5 pm and closed for lunch from noon – 1 pm. Please make arrangements to pick up your wristbands during that timeframe.
Wristbands will not be released without receipt of signed Risk Acknowledgement Form.

- Proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of Oct. 7, 2021
- Proof of COVID-19 immunity or an antibody test
- Proof of full vaccination – you may voluntarily choose this option instead of the other two options above

The safety and health of our attendees and the event staff are our foremost concern. We believe with the above safety precautions in place, and everyone at the event being mindful of the need to protect each other’s health, we can have a great and fun event.
