Sponsoring RECA events is the best way to get your company's name in front of thousands of commercial real estate business leaders and decision makers throughout the year. RECA Regional Updates — $500

2019 Availability: May 20 in Georgetown, September 23 in Cedar Park, November 18 at LCRA 
RECA's Regional Updates provide members with a quarterly opportunity to drill deeper into a wide range of topics through guest speakers and events in surrounding communities. Regular programs typically include elected officials or representatives of the area as well as updates from RECA members who are devleoping in the area. All meetings take place outside of the RECA office in nearby communities. There's no need to sign up to participate — notices for upcoming meetings are sent to all RECA members and 50-75 people regualrly attend.


RECA Luncheons — $3,000 - $5,000 — SOLD OUT FOR 2019

2019 Availability: January, March Mayoral Town Hall ($5,000), May, June, October and December Awards Lunch ($4,000)
Commercial real estate professionals regularly gather for RECA Luncheons to hear from policy makers and business leaders about a wide range of topics including transportation, affordability, development and more. Typical attendance at a RECA Luncheon is regularly over 300 guests. Benefits include:

  • Reserved table for 10 guests
  • 2 minutes of speaking time at the event
  • Opportunity to provide signage at event
  • Opportunity to provide marketing materials at event
  • Logo on all RECA marketing materials

          


RECA Networking Happy Hours — $1,000 — SOLD OUT FOR 2019

2019 Availability: January, April and August
Held quarterly, RECA happy hours encourage both members and non-members to meet and network. Drawing up to 100 guests, RECA happy hours take place at popular venues across Austin. Benefits include:

  • Logo on event flyer
  • Opportunity to provide signage/marketing materials at event
  • Option to sponsor a bar tab for attendees

          


REAL YP Program — $5,000 — SOLD OUT FOR 2019

RECA’s Real Estate + Advocacy + Leadership Young Professionals program is for RECA members between the ages 21 to 35. REAL YP attendees participate in free educational, social and volunteer events throughout the year. Benefits include:

  • Logo on all marketing emails
  • Ability to introduce speakers at each event

          


Leadership Development Council (LDC) — $5,000 — SOLD OUT FOR 2019

The Leadership Development Council (LDC) is a one-year leadership development program designed to educate and develop leadership talent within the community of young RECA members between the ages of 21 and 35. Benefits include:

  • Exclusive logo placement on class roster
  • Opportunity to present to LDC class at orientation
  • Invited to attend LDC wrap-up party in December
