RECA Luncheons — $3,000 - $5,000 RECA Member | $3,500 - $5,500 Non-Member

2020 Availability: January ($3,000), March Mayoral Town Hall ($5,000), April ($3,000), June ($3,000), October ($3,000) and December Awards Lunch ($4,000)
Industry professionals gather for RECA Luncheons to hear policy makers and business leaders discuss topics such as transportation, affordability, development, and much more. Typical attendance at a RECA luncheon is between 300 - 500 guests. Benefits include:

  • Reserved table in the front row for 10 guests
  • 2 minutes of speaking time at the event
  • Opportunity to provide signage/marketing materials at the event
  • Logo on all RECA marketing materials & website

          


RECA Networking Happy Hours — $1,000 RECA Member | $1,500 Non-Member

2020 Availability: January, April, June and August
Four times a year, RECA Networking Happy Hours encourage both members and non-members to meet and build relationshiops.Usually drawing 60 - 100 guests, RECA happy hours take place at popular venues across Austin. Benefits include:

  • Logo on all marketing materials and website
  • Opportunity to provide signage/marketing materials at the event
  • Logo on drink tickets provided to first 50 attendees

          


RECA Regional Updates — $1,000 RECA Member | $1,250 Non-Member

2020 Availability: Contact Ryan Poulos
RECA regularly visits nearby communities to learn more about the development process outside of Austin, typically featuring a city update by an elected official followed by brief presentations by RECA members who have key projects in the area. Benefits include:

  • Logo on all marketing materials and website
  • Opportunity to provide signage/marketing materials at the event
  • Opportunity to help introduce the program

          


SOLD OUT FOR 2020 — REAL YP Program — $5,000

RECA’s Real Estate + Advocacy + Leadership Young Professionals program is for RECA members between the ages 21 to 35. REAL YP attendees participate in free educational, social and volunteer events throughout the year. Benefits include:

  • Logo on all marketing emails
  • Ability to introduce speakers at each event

          


SOLD OUT FOR 2020 — Leadership Development Council (LDC) — $5,000

The Leadership Development Council (LDC) is a one-year leadership development program designed to educate and develop leadership talent within the community of young RECA members between the ages of 21 and 35. Benefits include:

  • Exclusive logo placement on class roster
  • Opportunity to present to LDC class at orientation
  • Invited to attend LDC wrap-up party in December
